Bishop Adolphus L. Cast was raised in Detroit, MI after moving from Aniston, Alabama in 1952. In September of 1996, he was charged by God to build a ministry where God's holy word can be applied to daily living. Bishop Cast has been married for over 39 years to the lovely Gwendolyn. He has 6 beautiful children, 2 son-in-laws, 3 daughter-in-laws, and 10 grandchildren. He believes that "strong families" are the strength of the church. Bishop Cast says of his wife, "Handling many hats, things often get out of hand and it is Lady Gwendolyn that keeps me on track and slows me down. She is a prime example of a virtuous woman. He is Pastor and Founder of Life Application Ministries in Warren, MI, and Assistant Presiding Bishop of Rhema Fellowship of Churches based in Dallas, Texas. He is also affiliated with the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith and ministers across denominational boundaries.
