Ladies of LAM

The Ladies of LAM is the women’s ministry of Life Application Christian Church. The ministry is comprised of all of the women of LAM, both married and single, ages 18 and older. Directed by First Lady Gwendolyn Cast, the Ladies of LAM provides a means of support, positive association, and strength; emotionally and spiritually. Our regular events are designed to promote relationship among the sisterhood within our church and the community. It is our goal to focus on empowering the whole woman; body, soul and spirit.

As sisters in the Lord, our mission is to see that every woman develops into the fullness of the virtuous woman God intended for her to be. We strive to develop God-centered, self-empowered, self-confident women who strive for excellence and support LAM in every endeavor. Our goals are achieved through:

• Teaching women to walk in wholeness through the Word of God, spirit, soul and body
• The establishment of small groups (Sister Circles) of women for mentoring, encouragement, support and fellowship
• Hosting edifying, fun-filled activities (Ladies Night Out, luncheons, teas, retreats, Mother’s Day choir, etc.) throughout the year
• Encouraging women to develop into the character of Christ
