Shelters of Love

Shelters of Love is a non-profit organization focused on housing and feeding those in need in the Metro-Detroit area and is coordinated by our very own Brother Ryan Morris. They are currently providing hot breakfast to the homeless and are in need of your donations of non-perishable breakfast items such pancake mix, syrup, plastic ware and juice. Donation receptacles will be located outside of the YOE-G classroom through March 14th. Monetary donations can be given directly to Brother Ryan Morris.

There is a class for you!

Here at Life Application Ministries, the Christian Education Department offers a variety of classes to suit the needs of every member of all ages. It is our belief that it is through the education of the Word of God that we as believers in Christ are able to grow and mature as true disciples of Christ. Our mission is to teach biblical principles and values in a way that students can apply the word of God and also come into a relationship with God.

Sunday Morning Classes

9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Pre-School Class (3 to 6 yrs old)
Grade School Class (7 to 11 yrs old)
Middle/High School Class (12 to 17 yrs old)
Adult Class (18 yrs and older)

8:00 & 11:00 a.m.

Little Lambs Nursery (1 to 4 yrs old)
Children’s Church (5 to 11 yrs old)

Tuesday Bible Study

6:30 to 8 p.m.

YOE-G High School Class
Adult Bible Study Class

On Tuesday evenings there are two Bible Study Classes that are offered. Youth on the Edge of Greatness (YOE-G) is a ministry designed for those in high school. The adult bible study class is taught by our very own Bishop Adolphus Cast who is a firm believer that information without application will lead to frustration.

New Members Classes

For those who have recently joined the Life Application Ministries family, we offer a series of courses designed to teach Bible principles for those new to our church and new to life as a Christian. Three series known as Understanding the Meaning of Life are offered throughout the year in addition to the New Members / New Converts course which is offered every fall.
