Month of Consecration

PURPOSE: The January month of consecration is designed to stir the congregation to seek God. It is especially essential for workers in the ministry for their replenishment and qadash (Hebrew for consecration, clean: ceremonial or morally, appoint, consecrate, dedicate, hallow be, and keep, holy, prepare, proclaim, purify, sanctify wholly).
SCRIPTURE REFERENCE: Exodus 28:1-3

LAMbuck’s

Do you have a taste for a Tazo Chai Tea or a delicious muffin? Then stop by the Lambuck’s Hut in the Fellowship Hall corridor after service every 3rd Sunday for a selection of delectable drinks and treats. Please support our Youth in this effort and remember all proceeds will be directed to our Capital Campaign; LAM’s plan for the future!

Greetings in the precious name of Jesus Christ!

Announcements!

mcrest

Each January LAM has the opportunity to serve those that are less fortunate by supporting the Macomb County Rotating Emergency Shelter Team (MCREST). We will house 30 men in our church home January 8th through January 15th. We need YOU to make this a success! Please contact Elder Jocelyn Howard to sign up today.

I am delighted that you have inquired about our church. It is God's will that you reap every benefit that comes from Knowing, Understanding, and Doing His Word.

"But be ye doers of the Word, and not hearers only …"

- James 1:22

At LAM, we offer Bible Studies for life enrichment, Prayer, Youth Services & Activities, Children's Ministry, Christian Education, Sunday Morning Worship, Adult Catechism Class, Prenuptial Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, and much more. It is our vision to impart the spirit of God, taught with simplicity and understanding, so that it may be applied to our everyday lives. I ask that you take advantage of the services that are here for you and as the word of God goes forth, open your heart and receive from God. Allow Him to make a difference in your life.

We would be happy to have you as a visitor, and if you subsequently become a member; I would encourage you to do the following: be committed first to your family, be supportive of programs and services and be a worshiper and a tither for this is wise investment that promises abundant rewards.

Again, I am delighted that you have inquired about our church and hope to see you soon.

I love you with the love of the Lord, and will pray for you and your family. God bless you.

In His Service,

Bishop Adolphus L. Cast

Senior Pastor
